It been a while I need to rant.. Ok the city of saskatoon want their impound to be open on saturday with I understand.But they want to cut their hrs of operation during the week . So basically a cut in in pay for one commissor and adding of another one on on saturday. The core office is not finding and one and the contacr manger is not helpful. He does not wnat to know wants going on or cares. The city officals is middle of corportate reshuffle, and have to direction.
