It been a while I need to rant.. Ok the city of saskatoon want their impound to be open on saturday with I understand.But they want to cut their hrs of operation during the week . So basically a cut in in pay for one commissor and adding of another one on on saturday. The core office is not finding and one and the contacr manger is not helpful.
